Project Vote Smart Project Vote Smart is a "national library of factual information" on over 13,000 elected offices and candidates for public office, such as those for President, Governors, Congress and State Legislatures. Five categories of information are provided: biographies, issue positions, voting records, campaign finances and performance evaluations for politicians at both federal and state levels.
